In addition, due to the corrosion and weather resistance of the powder coating, it makes the surface of the furniture less susceptible to damage and reduces the maintenance costs associated with peeling, rusting and fading of the coating.   Before powder coating, our workers will treat the metal surface first. This mainly includes steps such as degreasing, descaling and phosphatizing, as a way to improve the adhesion of the coating and prevent the metal from falling off from the coating. Powder coating is usually applied by electrostatic spraying technology, in which the powder coating is first sprayed onto the treated metal surface through a spray gun, which carries an electrostatic charge and can evenly adhere to the surface of the workpiece. During this process, the spray gun is kept at a distance from the workpiece to ensure the uniformity of the coating. Common powder coatings include epoxy resin, polyester, acrylic, etc. These materials have good weathering and corrosion resistance. After spraying, the metal parts enter the oven for high temperature curing. Generally, the temperature is controlled between 180-200°C and the curing time is about 10-20 minutes, depending on the type and thickness of the powder coating. Through this process, the powder coating melts and bonds with the metal surface to form a strong, smooth coating. The coating has good scratch, weather and corrosion resistance.     When the processed outdoor sentences are removed from the oven, the assembly line will move to the spraying position. One set of processes can dry and spray 150 pieces at a time, which is about 2,000 pieces per day. There are spraying workers in the front and back, they will arrange the spraying position accordingly, meanwhile our workers will check each product accordingly to the production requirements of the furniture products to ensure the quality of the products.
